I have Sabayon 5.0 on a PC with wg311v2 Netgear wireless PCI card, which requires the acx module.  This module is not available.  I installed linux-sabayon-sources and tried to compile all available versions of the acx module, and I did not get a successful compile of any of them.  Ndiswrapper does not work for this card.  I have acx-firmware installed.  I am fortunate that I did an upgrade from 4.2 on this PC, so I had a 2.6.29 kernel with the acx module available.  I am using that kernel.  I successfully built the acx module against that kernel using a version of acx that is no longer in the repositories. I haven't tried it yet.

Using this source, I got a good compile against 2.6.31 kernel and my wireless card now works with this kernel.

Updated version of net-wireless/acx is being added to our repositories. Thanks for reporting.
