When trying to change the time from the System Settings utility of KDE, I get the error attached. The error is reproducible also in the 32bit version.

The only workaround I found is to launch systemsettings as superuser.

Looks like an upstream bug not yet fixed in KDE 4.4

Updating sys-auth/polkit-kde to 0.95.1-r1 fixes the issue.
